ARLINGTON, Texas (KBOI) — Reports are circulating that a promotion might be coming Kellen Moore's way.
The former Boise State legend is currently the quarterbacks coach for the Dallas Cowboys.
Ian Rapoport at the NFL Network tweeted that Moore is a top candidate to take over the offensive coordinator position.
Moore helped Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott led the team to the playoffs, in which the Cowboys lost to the Los Angeles Rams in the divisional round, 30-22.
Moore went 50-3 in his time at Boise State. He threw for 14,667 yards and 142 touchdowns. He went undrafted out of college and suited up for both Detroit and Dallas. He capped his NFL playing career with 4 touchdowns and 6 interceptions.
