71-year-old man crushed to death at Idaho Falls RV park

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (CBS 2) A 71-year-old Idaho man died on Monday after an RV he was working on fell on top of him. The Idaho Falls Fire and Police departments say the man was jacking up a fifth-wheel RV when the camper fell and trapped him underneath. Folks at the Snake River RV

A 71-year-old Idaho man died on Monday after an RV he was working on fell on top of him.

The Idaho Falls Fire and Police departments say the man was jacking up a fifth-wheel RV when the camper fell and trapped him underneath. Folks at the Snake River RV Park and Campground, located at 1440 Lindsay Boulevard, jacked up the camper, pulled him out, and started CPD until first responders arrived.

He died at the scene.

Authorities say the man, who has not been identified, was from eastern Idaho but was living in the RV at the time.
